I am happy to discuss your organisation’s aims for Telecare, Telehealth or Telemedicine provision.

My first task normally involves carrying out an assessment of your current provision, and recommending any actions (if required) that may help to improve or extend your service. This will include suggestions on how you may incorporate targets and key performance indicators using your organisation’s current measures, identifying staff training or management mentoring required, or changes to your database, information systems, equipment purchase or maintenance regime or aspirations to become TSA accredited.

My proposals will take account of your timescales and business constraints. We will agree a fixed price for this work. We can then discuss terms for any further consultancy support.

Where you need technical advice, training, expert support or creative resolution to a specific issue or problem, I offer a ‘pay-as-you-go’ service where I attend meetings, events or discussions and prepare reports and other written materials. I charge an hourly rate plus reasonable expenses.

I am happy to discuss terms for a retainer service, and negotiate reduced rates for organisations with voluntary or charity status.
